A privacy page should match what MakeQ actually does today.
This early-access privacy summary reflects the current MakeQ v1 direction: business account data, Shopify-connected product and order context, and intentionally deferred customer-data-heavy features.
What MakeQ currently expects to handle
- Account information needed to create and access a MakeQ login
- Shop domain and connector state required to link MakeQ with Shopify
- Catalog, order, and fulfillment information needed for production planning inside MakeQ
MakeQ is intentionally deferring customer emails, shipping labels, and broader protected customer data handling until later phases when those features are real and justified.
Access
Least privilege
Admin access should be limited to the people who need it, with business-owned recovery paths and 2FA enabled.
Operational fit
Only justified data
Privacy language should stay aligned to the narrow Shopify scope and actual product behavior.
